SAP substance abuse evaluations are for Employment and any Department of Transportations (DOT) drug and alcohol testing regulations. Individuals are referred by their employers or Designated Employee Representative (DER) to be evaluated based upon the underlying offense, case or employment violation. The types of cases may vary.
